Craig Buchan of BC Media has recently just completed the ITIL V3 Foundation course, meaning BC Media is now certified in providing foundation level ITIL support. The ITL course is an internationally recognised qualification which intends to deliver a series of best practises for implementing IT within organisations ranging in size from a one man company right through to an international blue chip organisation.

Because of this, BC Media is now even better placed to provide a wide array of Web, IT & design related projects to all clients, large and small.
